Since joining Mantel in February 2023, I have had a range of opportunities that have given me some really fantastic exposure and experience to complex projects. This has all been valuable to improve confidence and judgement to make the right decision and approach challenges and opportunities in the most effective way. My current project at an Australian FinTech sees me working with a third party vendor whose product forms part of the customer onboarding experience. I have had the opportunity to work closely with the vendor to ensure what is built meets the business requirements.
