About Ben Love

I have 15 years people management experience, ranging through Retail, Customer service, Recruitment, Sales, and Operational management. This has given me a well rounded overview of what it takes to achieve success in a range of business areas. For the last 2 Years I have been a Branch Manager encompassing Wellington to the Manawatu in the Recruitment game. I also loved working in logistics at VECTOR AMS involving planning, solution and team building, process improvement and H&S Compliance. My strengths include motivating people to take ownership and grow, with many of my team moving forward in their careers by empowerment and ownership of responsibilities. Continuous Process Improvements help to drive my passion for knowledge and growth, as well as ensuring the work environment is a positive and friendly one. I adhere to the BRAVA leadership coaching style, and count among my successes taking my EFTPOS team to win the supreme diamond customer service award (under 50 seat call centre) in NZ; top manager retail sales for Footlocker in Australasia; Obtaining a trip to Kota Kinabalu for service to sales for Cigna Life Insurance, also the successful roll-out and deployment of smart meters across all of NZ for 3 major energy companies. I was voted winner of the 'Be Fun' award for Agoge in 2016 and 2017. I am passionate about development, growth, and helping others reach their potential. I devote much of my spare time as a volunteer coach for kids of all ages in various sports and activities. My downtime is spent reading, geocaching, fish with my son and attempt to relive my sporting glory days.
