I have a proven track record for correcting potential risks & issues that can often go ignored by accommodating responsibilities outside of my role. I also have a passion for travel and strive to constantly challenge myself with new surroundings and problem-solving opportunities. I have followed multiple projects from UK to Asia from conceptual stages, prototyping plastics, metal and electronics, right up to mass production and launch events as a key note speaker. Some specialised skills are in: injection moulding, mass production metal parts, material selection, performance & safety test methodology, optimisation with efficient part design techniques including assembly variation tolerancing and manufacturing/assembly line equipment specification. Mechanical integration & certification of electrical componentry: Li-Ion battery packs, electrical and electrochemical sensors: dust, gas, RH, temperature, pressure, hall effect etc. as well as particulate & chemical filtration systems, 2D & 3D CAD [Simens NX]~ 10 Years experience in various Design Engineering depatment roles based in the UK, China, Malaysia & Singapore
