About Ben Ludlow

I have worked in the public and private sector for the last 25 years in project management roles and owner’s representation for many municipal infrastructure, highway, and pedestrian improvement projects. My experience with the City of Aspen, Pitkin County, Philadelphia Housing Authority, and Roaring Fork Transportation Authority has provided me the knowledge needed to achieve completion of construction projects on time and on budget. I have experience in construction, planning, and asset management for multiple government entities and the private sector. My project experience includes construction management of highways, bridges, underpasses, trails, affordable housing, commercial buildings and single-family homes. In addition to construction management, I have experience in federal, municipal and private project planning and budgeting, historical renovation and owner’s representation. I am also well-versed in various database and project software as it pertains to construction and asset management.
