Over my career I have helped to launch over 30 new businesses and products across a diverse range of industries. I strongly promote a data-first approach to product and business development, offering Validation-as-a-Service to rapidly test new product ideas in real market conditions and prove customer demand ahead of investment. I also build and run impactful innovation and product management training courses for individuals, teams and businesses in the UK and Middle East, and have coached many founders in their startup journeys. I am the co-founder of bacano.io an automated R&D tax credit platform that has reduced the time and cost of submission, and offers the lowest rates for businesses to claim back money on their innovation.
