My role as Christchurch Sales Manager for the 2degrees business team saw a continuation of my success in leading motivated sales people. Under my leadership, every member of the Christchurch Business Sales Consultant team reached target for the first time since its inception. My role as General Manager within a small family manufacturing business (Sander Apparel) has given me a great understanding of the critical expense lines within a small business. A project that we completed early 2015 was to replace the manufacturing arm of our business. Estimated cost savings were around For 2 years from February 2011 I was Auckland Corporate Sales Manager for Leading Edge Communications. We were responsible for over $10m of mobility revenue for Spark and in the July 2011 - June 2012 Financial Year my team achieved 150% of sales target for the year. In 2012, we received the award for the Leading Edge Regional Corporate team of the year.
