I am an Analytical Technology Director at Pfizer, where I lead a team of experts with diverse skills in analytical chemistry, spectroscopy, data science, and computer science. With over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, I have a strong background in technology development and project management, as well as a passion for innovation and collaboration. My mission is to deliver rapid, integrated, and automated analytical measurement science solutions that support the development of drug substances and drug products across the Pfizer portfolio. I partner with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to design and implement analytical control strategies, process analytics, chemometrics for flow-chemistry and laboratory automation and robotics applications. I also enjoy building high-performing teams with a culture of excellence, empowerment, and alignment.
