I build and develop teams that create products and data platforms enabling people to do their best, most meaningful work at scale.Today I lead the strategy for the campus-facing technology used across 45+ Life.Church locations, along with the product analytics that measure how those products create value and the data engineering foundation that powers analytics across the organization. The focus is equipping staff and ministry teams with tools that are intuitive, trusted, and actionable - so they can care for people well, execute critical workflows, and make faster, better decisions.My approach is to treat internal systems like real products: clear ownership, deep user understanding, strong instrumentation, outcome-driven roadmaps, and adoption as the primary success metric. High-trust data and scalable platforms are the result, but people and outcomes come first.Before this, I led product organizations in large-scale and high-growth environments, including marketplace and transportation platforms at Amazon, enterprise and store operations products at Target, and global mobile and web experiences at YouVersion.
