About Ben McCarroll

I am a committed individual with a professional and extensive backround within the recruitment industry since 2017 across multiple sectors including Commercial, Industrial & Construction. Working within the Construction sector my role was to work as part of the MSP team for one of the largest construction companies in the country Tilbury Douglas, however my main expertise lies within Industrial Recruitment. In my early years of employment I worked in the warehouse setting myself, so I have seen the sector from various angles and understand it from an employee and employers perspective. This gives me an advantage as it means I can relay my knowledge gained from both ends of the spectrum. My experience is vast and I have played major roles working for one of the UKs largest recruitment companies supporting the staffing & recruitment for a global e-commerce brand Shop Direct recruiting high volume to the scale of temporary staff in peak. Currently I am working as an Account Coordinator for one of the biggest e-commerce companies in the country being YODEL. I play an important role in the recruitment process where I work as an extension to YODELS management team and handle the whole recruitment process, management, HR and payroll of the temporary staff.
