20 years experience in Medical Imaging Industry, starting with a 3-year Field Service role at Toshiba Medical Systems in CT and Ultrasound. Currently with Paragon Care (formerly Quantum Health Group) where I hold the dual role of PETCT National Product Specialist as well as PETCT Installation Project Manager. I have been employed by Quantum Health Group since As PETCT Installation Project Manager, I am responsible for ensuring that the installation site is built to requirements and that the PETCT installation is completed on-time, on-budget and to the highest standard. Tasks include: Manage department construction/fit-out with architects, designers, engineers and the customer. Liaise with manufacturer to ensure system configuration and delivery schedules are maintained. Perform system installation and handover at customer site. I have performed 35 PET and PETCT installations throughout Australia as well as Asia. As PETCT National Product Specialist, I maintain a thorough technical knowledge of all aspects of the Philips PETCT range, supporting sales, service and customer needs. Tasks include: General and high-level field service work. Managing a team of FSE's. Technical presentations to customers. Prepare and deliver in-house technical training. Preparation of monthly service performance reports and spare -parts cost analysis. Prepare RFT submissions Oversee customer satisfaction throughout install base. In 2016, Quantum Healthcare became the exclusive distributor for Samsung Medical Systems Ultrasound Product Range. In 2019 I became the Product Specialist for Samsung Ultrasound. This role involves maintaining our install base to the highest level, supporting customer needs and supporting the field service team. I am involved with US Sales from a technical perspective, including tender response, customer presentations and product demos. I conduct US technical training courses for the Quantum Field Service Team and also for customers. This role also required me to implement the Samsung service portal (parts ordering, sw access, tech support access) into Quantum Healthcare.
