About Ben McGill

I have 15 years of work experience with aquired skills in accounting, management, report creation, SQL code, automation through ERP systems, ERP management. During my first job out of college I reconciled 8 months of back log in the companies accounts receivable account. When I started my next job at a new firm in the sales department I became the sale manager within 6 months. From there I progressed and within 5 years was the Operations Manager. While in charge of the product testing department I implemented an internal order processing system which over a 2 year span reduced order times from 18 days to 12 days. While in charge of the Warehouse department we established a rolling inventory checkup schedule to ensure inventory accuracy. we were able to maintain a 99% accuracy level on inventory available online for sale. I created and implemented all company procedures for a retail store. This involved establishing all the steps required for the sale, rental and purchasing of all products. This also entailed custom modifications made by me to the ERP system to allow these procedures to run smoothly. once this was completed I began creating reports for analysis of the companies performance using SQL and Excel. During that time I was the department head for 2 accounting departments where I maintained a steady workflow and made sure each month was closed timely and accurately.
