About Ben Meneses-Sosa

I am a people-oriented Engineering leader experienced in leading and growing teams and leaders to deliver customer value, develop their team members and themselves, and have fun along the way. I foster and champion an outcome-oriented culture in organisations, supported by a tight partnership and alignment between Product, Engineering, and Design. I work with my teams to achieve a culture of Engineering maturity to achieve continuous delivery, automated regression, high availability, and reduced time to recovery. I have added positive organisational change and worked with people and teams to improve trust, supportiveness, communication, and diversity. I work with team leaders so they can grow and develop and become autonomous; in turn, so they also enable their teams to depend less on them.
