About Ben Morrison

My major interests consist of the transition from education to employment, youth underemployment, mal-employment, labour force development, economic development, job creation, recruitment, and human resources management. I successfully assisted numerous clients in a variety of industries by providing full-cycle recruitment support including job analysis, advertising, screening applicants, interviewing candidates, and conducting reference checks. I managed a Human Resources and Board of Directors Review, a Compensation Review, a Recruitment Campaign, Training Seminars, and prepared number labour market reports. My education is a Masters of Employment Relations which is a research-based, interdisciplinary program providing insights into many aspects of employment. Key courses included Labour Market Economics, Human Resources, Labour Relations, Labour Law, Qualitative Research, and Quantitative Research.
