I’ve always thrived in environments where creativity and quick thinking drive success. With over 18 years of experience in real estate acquisition, land development, finance and multifamily projects, I’m now actively seeking joint venture (JV) partners to pursue impactful opportunities in land and value-add multifamily acquisitions across Washington and US states. My focus is on identifying and acquiring land parcels of 4 acres or larger, as well as unique value-add multifamily projects that require a strategic, creative approach to maximize potential. I leverage a strong network of brokers, developers, and property owners, combined with cutting-edge data analytics and years of hands-on expertise, to pinpoint the right opportunities and deliver results. I specialize in apartment developments but am open to single-family, multifamily, and mixed-use opportunities that align with a shared vision of sustainable, attainable housing solutions.
