About Ben Murphy

Graduating in May 2024.I've a strong passion for all things tech, and a love of problem-solving. I've got a solid grasp of Computer Science (CS) fundamentals such as data structures and algorithms, and am proficient in a wide variety of programming languages for different applications. Having a broad interest in many CS fields, I've chosen to fulfill 3 focus areas in my CS course - Parallel Computing, Computer Security and Software Engineering, as well as take many CS courses outside of these focus areas. I also love to learn about topics I find interesting on my own. While as a result I've acquired a fair amount of knowledge in many CS fields, I've also gained plenty of hands-on experience as well - from designing and developing fullstack web applications in my internships and school projects, to building a C to Webassembly compiler for my Final Year Project (FYP), to the personal projects I've done over the years - just for fun.
