My role at Succession Wealth is Redress & Complaints Officer.Succession Wealth is a top-tier UK wealth management and financial planning business. We look after £7.75 billion of client funds for more than individuals, families and corporations. Founded in 2009, what we have achieved in terms of growth is truly remarkable and, crucially, we have retained our independence.The Succession team includes 600 dedicated individuals located at 12 regional offices right across the breadth of the UK. Our 170 outstanding and highly qualified wealth planners work closely and in a position of trust with clients on a bespoke basis across issues such as estate planning, pension transfer, taxation, intergenerational planning, investment and trusts. The focus is always to help clients achieve their fullest financial potential, giving them clarity around their lifetime financial goals and making these goals a living reality. Ensuring all clients receive personal and exemplary service is at the heartof Succession’s ethos. We are proud to deliver a local service nationally.As an organisation, we invest continually in our client facing and client management teams, technologyand infrastructure and have our own award-winning Succession investment platform and model portfolio services. We are unique in having a dedicated Retirement Review Centre – a specialist unit set up to complement our wealth planning services. Succession works hard to support its local communities. Our charity, Succession Giving, fundraises for national charities such as Cancer Research UK. We close our offices for one day each June to enable our entire team to raise funds for local charities.
