Passionate about people, leadership and culture. An experienced and qualified learning and HR professional that co designs with clients to deliver solutions to big business problems. I've designed and delivered people programs that focus on culture, leadership and change, and have received award nomination and recognized success in the HR Community. I practice human centered design and create with the client on solutions that are fit for purpose. A natural leader with strong intuition, I enjoy building relationships and leading teams to success through collaboration, teamwork and striving towards a common goal. No games, no agenda. What you see is what you get, I'll be as honest and transparent as you can handle. The strengths I bring have been built through experience, challenge and success. I’ve seen organisations, teams and individuals at their best, and at their worst. I’ve seen what great looks like in terms of people performance and customer satisfaction and I know what it takes to get there. I also serve on the board of my local charity and care deeply about giving back to the community.
