ABOUT I am self-motivated, and determined, with an aptitude for problem solving. I am always willing to learn new skills, and develop them. I am able to communicate, and negotiate effectively with both internal, and external stakeholders, and build strong, positive relationships, to ensure projects are kept on track, and to budget. I am able to plan for peak periods whilst remaining flexible, and open to change, in order to respond to challenges that may arise. I am able to manage, and monitor the workloads of the individuals, and teams I manage, ensuring I give positive encouragement, and constructive feedback. SKILLS I am fully conversant with the Microsoft Office family of applications, and other software, for example, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft SharePoint, SAP Project System, SAP Procurement, Smartsheet, Jira, Miro, Trello, Adobe Acrobat, Zoom, Publishing Systems, and Learning Management Systems. INTERESTS I am interested in art, culture, fashion, history, nature, music, and sport. I enjoy watching and playing football, and I regularly see a personal trainer. I previously completed the Cambridge Half Marathon 2017, in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support, raising over £1,500. I ran the Great North Run 2019, again in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support, raising over In 2020, I ran the Cambridge Half Marathon for a second time, in aid of The Rosie Hospital, raising over £700, with plans for more fundraising in future years.
