Delivering successful hosting transformation programs gets me out of bed every morning and when the coffee hits I ready my self for a new day bringing clients further into the cloud. At Accenture Cloud First our focus is end-to-end from hosting strategy through to implementation and managed services, however we are often asked for narrow and specific expertise such as hosting financial modelling or data centre facility assessments. Our team engages where our customers need to develop a strategy or deliver a project in an area in which they do not have much experience and/or do not have the time to both manage an important project as well as do their day job. These areas of speciality include hosting transformation strategy, cloud and hybrid strategy, data centre strategy, application migrations into data centres and cloud, corporate workspace technology design, and end user technology modernisation. Our history comes from CS Technology which was acquired by Accenture in July-2021, with the team continuing to lead complex hosting transformation strategy and implementation, typically in organisations with high technology intensity.
