I am a passionate instructional designer and Video Editor with over 7 years’ experience in Learning & Development. As a Development specialist working in a fast-paced agency serving global clients, I have worked across a range of industries, including financial services, pharmaceutical/healthcare, retail, government, and technology. With a video production background and education in instructional design, I have a unique view on instructional content, prioritizing story, retention and engagement. I pride myself on my collaboration skills, and have been apart of all stages of content development. Leading projects, writing instructional content, developing content whether it be video, ilt or e-learning and delivering with follow up analysis on the success of the project. I always make sure that the content is the highest standard while delivering and enhancing the vision of the client in need of training.
