About Ben Pervan

Ben has over 20 years experience in the property development industry working with a diverse range of stakeholders across the private and public sectors to deliver high quality masterplanned communities in Western Australia. At Frasers Property, Ben is responsible for the successful delivery and management of the Port Coogee Development with a strong focus on providing a diverse range of living options and exceptional customer experiences. Port Coogee is an idyllic residential estate nestled within a breathtaking natural amphitheatre consisting of a collection of exquisite two-storey homes thoughtfully designed to harmonise with their surroundings. Ben studied at the University of Western Australia and completed a Bachelor of Civil Engineering with Honours and a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Corporate Finance. Ben is the WA state Champion for Frasers Property's Reconciliation Action Plan committee, a member of the Australian Property Institute and has previously been the treasurer for West Coast Amateur Football club.
