Tenure With People Ready and What Positions: In 20 yrs spent with the organization I have continued to move into expanded roles through self improvement and steady results reaching top honours at each level. Started as Account Rep in 2001, spent time moving from branch to branch within the District helping boost sales in struggling markets as well as supporting branches that had vacancies at the branch Manager level. In May of that year I was promoted to Floating branch manager shortly after promoted to Branch Manager then 2003 promoted to Training May 2006 promoted to District Manager overlooking a branch network of 22 branches covering Ontario, Nova Scotia as well as branches in New York State and Pennsylvania. Promoted to Canadian Sales Director to build a separate sales force from the branch network managing up to 15 sales reps nationally Promoted to Canadian Director of Operations and then adding oversight for Michigan market. Later promoted to Regional Vice President. Oversight including Canada as well as Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania and New York State. Specialties: Economics, Marketing, Sales.
