With 17 years at Customs Agency Services, I am accountable for logistics and supply chain performance, building on deep operational experience across the business.I partner closely with internal teams and external customers to ensure the supply chain functions efficiently, professionally, and reliably. In logistics, outcomes are shaped long before the end user — through decisions made across each link in the chain — and my role is to provide clear direction, alignment, and accountability at those points.I’m accountable for delivering measurable improvements in supply chain capability, business efficiency, and customer outcomes, while maintaining a strong focus on compliance, service quality and long-term relationships.
