As a Project Director, I lead and am accountable for the delivery of major projects for governments and private sector entities within highly complex project environments. I specialise in projects involving the design & construction of pavilions, exhibitions, museums, demountable architecture and sports venues. I have a successful track record of delivering high consequence projects in connection with the Summer Olympic Games, Winter Olympic Games, World Expos, FIFA World Cup, Commonwealth Games and other major events throughout Europe, MENA, the CIS (Russia and Central Asia), Far East, North America and Latin America. I am experienced in- the full spectrum of project delivery models including Design & Build (Single Stage, Two Stage, Progressive Design-Build), Integrated Project Delivery (IPD), Construction Management as Adviser (CMa), Construction Management at Risk (CMAR) and Design-Bid-Build- the full spectrum of contract types ranging from Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF)/ Cost Plus Incentive Fee (CPIF)/ Cost Plus Award Fee (CPAF) through to Firm Fixed Price (FFP). Significant experience in Design for Manufacture and Assembly (DfMA) and Modern Methods of Construction (MMC). I am passionate about integrating collaborative project teams (Client, Designers, Contractors) to deliver challenging projects, and transitioning to a greater proportion of adaptive re-use and regeneration.
