I have been both a Council Member and an Effectiveness Leadership Group industry adviser at the IPA (Institute of Practitioners in Advertising), the world-leading professional institute for marketing communications. The ELG promotes a cross-industry culture of evidence-based marketing decision making across clients, agencies, media and partners. IPA Council leads the direction and management UK advertising and the IPA organisation.
