Expertise includes writing, managing and reporting on strategic planning processes for bilateral donors and the UN. Proven record managing value-for money budgets, risk, fraud and staff. Experience in Ethiopia, Australia, Indonesia, the Korean Peninsula, and Nepal, including as Country Manager.
