About Ben Rendle

From wanting to be a member of the A-Team as a young child to guiding a blue hedgehog around preventing fluffy animals from being turned into robots in my early teens. From starting my first service business at age 15 (washing cars and doing odd-jobs) to guiding businesses from multi-million pound losses into making profit for the first time in years. Helping people and problem solving has always been a huge part of my life and career. But like many professional service providers, despite the career success and the results delivered, I vividly remember how it felt to be undervalued and commoditised by colleagues and clients alike. It’s a sensation that can really gnaw at the soul, isn’t it? When I ventured out on my own, it was clear to me that the service industry needed to change, it seemed like madness to keep witnessing talented individuals abandon their entrepreneurial dreams, forced back to the 9-5 grind simply because the system didn’t support their worth. Professional service providers should be able to command their worth rather than compete on price alone.
