About Ben Rogersm.
I have spent the last 20 years in both the general education and sub-separate classroom environments; in public and separate day schools. I started my career in a small educational consortium based just north of Boston. Since then, I've created programming in Alaska and San Diego, and eventually made my way back home to the Boston area. I’ve been an administrator for the past ten years, focusing on school operations and special education. I recently stepped down from my role as Special Education Coordinator and Assistant Principal to focus on a different path in my career. I loved my time in the school building, and it was a hard decision to leave, but I'd like to work with other Districts and other industries as a consultant. I've designed and conducted many PD events ranging from SEL, RTI, PBIS, behavior management, organizational management and strategic classroom management for paraprofessionals through related service providers and lead teachers to administrators. I'm always excited for my next educational and professional venture.
