I’m Ben, a hands-on e-commerce manager & digital marketing professional with over 10 years experience. By combining creative problem solving, an analytic mindset, and technical expertise, I deliver growth and performance for early-stage or scaling brands. I love to work closely with other like-minded team members in a collaborative environment to solve business challenges. While leading E-commerce & Digital Marketing at Prodigy Disc, I have driven year-over-year growth from 30-120% by implementing and optimizing a Shopify Plus shopping experience across the US, EU, and Canadian markets for both DTC and B2B channels. This has been paired with owning strategic email & SMS marketing (Klaviyo, Attentive), paid social & search campaigns, affiliate marketing, conversion rate optimization, loyalty & customer retention, and marketplace integration (Amazon). During COVID, I launched Boychik Bagels, my own online bagel business powered by (you guessed it) Shopify. This was an invaluable experience, deepening my entrepreneurial spirit, and providing first hand insight into operating a business and building customer loyalty. I am also passionate about emerging technology and integrating AI & automation to uncover key data more efficiently and streamline workflows.
