About Ben Rowley

At the age of 15, I was fortunate enough to gain the opportunity to start my first business, A Perfect Scoop. Following the opening of this business, I caught the entrepreneurship bug and have been living a life of entrepreneurship ever since. Such ventures along the way included B&N Landscaping, Groove Junction Apparel Company, & Hometown Landscape Construction, to name a few. The many connections and skills I have obtained throughout my years of entrepreneurship have led me to achieve an exemplary education in Business Management at McMaster's DeGroote School of Business. Between my experiences & education, I've had the privilege of gaining important knowledge in project management, leadership, accounting, marketing, & human behavior. All of the skills I've gained along my journeys have shown great importance as I continue with my current and future endeavors. As of now, I have stepped into a management role with the events team at The Pearle Hotel & Spa where I wish to gain valuable insights into the world of hospitality in order to transfer my learnings to my own hospitality venture in the coming years.
