About Ben Salder

I believe that helping people to achieve what they thought was previously impossible is the most valuable thing I can do. I believe in enjoying what I do and bringing energy into every interaction. As an inspirational Change Management, Lean, Business Transformation & Organisational Development Senior Leader and Consultant, I have a proven delivery record in a wide range of Blue Chip environments, with expertise in lean transformation strategies, lean leadership, organisational behaviours, leadership facilitation and operational leadership. As a Motivational Speaker I bring energy, enthusiasm, passion and sometimes even humour to my audience! I enjoy supporting organisations and groups who recognise the importance of their people. As a guest Lecturer at Warwick University I support the MSc programme by speaking on Lean Leadership as part of the “Lean Principles and Applications” module. In addition, I am an Industrial Examiner for Engineering Doctorate students and an Industrial Mentor for MSc students. In 2016, I was tremendously proud to be named in both the "The Manufacturer's Top 100" as an "Inspiring Leader" within the manufacturing community and the "Lean Management Journal’s Lean Top 25” for practitioners across Europe who have demonstrated excellence in Lean through improved productivity, performance, process flow or culture in their organisation
