My added value as manager in the compliance community lies in a solid combination of knowledge about relevant legislation, passion for compliance and relevant business (risk) experience. I am always looking for new opportunities to improve my work or myself and I am a teamplayer. My analytic skills are well set. I have experience to set up new departments, methodologies and procedures I have 14 years of experience within the banking sector in the Netherlands. During my career I have fulfilled several functions. From relationship manager to manager of a local ING office and the last 7 years I am active in the field of Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing as manager of the deparment Client Monitoring. In this role I am responsible for the establishment of Customer Activity Monitoring including the alert handling and the investigations related to Financial Economic Crime for the whole of ING Domestic Bank Netherlands. I m born and raised in the Netherlands, has a University Degree (Economics) from the Katholieke Universiteit Nijmegen in The Netherlands.I became a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) in 2013 and passed his exam with flying colours. End 2013 I joined the board of the ACAMS Netherlands Chapter.
