About Ben Schram

I currently serve as the Senior Associate Athletic Director for Development for Furman University Athletics. I have a passion for sports and generating support for student-athletes. My aspirations are to continue pursuing a career in collegiate athletic administration. I have learned a lot about college athletics and the sport industry through a variety of experiences both local and international. My experiences in the sport industry include developing strategic relationships for a large track and field organization, and working in a multitude of facets for five separate NCAA Division I collegiate athletic departments. Through these experiences, I have developed a unique background in communication, relationship building, and organization. I am passionate about sports because I have witnessed the impact they have had on my life and the life of others. I will add value to your department by bringing positivity, an unmatched work ethic and desire to learn every day. I am a highly motivated young professional who takes pride in what he does, and I am confident in my ability to succeed at whatever challenges I might face. I am confident I can be a great fit wherever I am placed because of my ability to be flexible and learn quickly, along with my drive and commitment to work at a high level and achieve my professional goals.
