Since June 2019, I have worked on an IT support desk, primarily focusing on assisting users with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and School Data Sync (SDS). Within this capacity, my duties encompassed frequent client engagement to address support inquiries, devising solutions for intricate issues, articulating resolutions to both colleagues and clients, overseeing support tickets, and independently determining task priorities based on ticket classifications. My adeptness at problem-solving in challenging scenarios, coupled with the capacity to swiftly devise remedies for emergent issues, underscores my proficiency in this domain. Moreover, my ability to proficiently document solutions in both technical and layman's terms facilitates swift and effective communication with peers. Throughout my tenure on the support desk, I honed my communication skills, thereby adeptly elucidating complex issues to audiences spanning technical and non-technical backgrounds, while also ensuring the clarity and accessibility of problem documentation. Whether collaborating within a team environment or operating autonomously, I exhibit strong communication acumen, providing comprehensive progress updates when collaborating and adeptly managing my time to meet deadlines when working independently. This ability to work with equal efficacy both in collaborative settings and in isolation underscores my versatility and adaptability. As of September 2021, I assumed the role of Junior Developer, wherein I've been refining my proficiencies in C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, SQL, React and HTML programming languages. Within this capacity, I've contributed to the enhancement of existing software and the integration of new features, catering to internal staff and external clientele alike. Throughout my transition and ongoing evolution as a software developer, I've seamlessly integrated my pre-existing skill set with newly acquired competencies. Notably, I've familiarized myself with version control systems (VCS) such as GitHub to meticulously track software iterations, while also delving into fundamental software development principles, thus fortifying my contributions to ongoing projects and ensuring sustained operational functionality.
