I began my career as an engineer, building a strong technical foundation in the design of Wellhead and Flow Control equipment. Early on, I developed a passion for Continuous Improvement, which led me into roles in Value Engineering, and later Cost Leadership, where I managed global cost reduction initiatives across Engineering, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing with annual savings of $20-$40MM. I have since expanded my focus to include manufacturing leadership taking on roles at our plants in Romania as Performance Manager, Wellhead Manufacturing Manager, and now Technology Project Manager. This experience has allowed me to operate across the value chain from design, through manufacturing, to delivery of our equipment.
