MAY 2003 - PRESENT ARUN ESTATES AGENCIES LTD, HORSHAM I have been involved in the IT industry for almost 20 years. The first 10 years of my career were spent on 1st line support. This involved supporting over members of staff with a team of 3. Supported products included Windows, Office and our own custom-built Estate Agency software. I then moved to 2nd line support where I had sole responsibility for all end users hardware throughout the company. This has involved the planning, configuration and installation and mass rollout of over 600 Windows 10 pcs. I have recently performed a similar exercise to replace over 100 mortgage advisor laptops in the company so they are GDPR compatible with BItLocker encrypted drives. I then undertook the role of IT Systems Specialist with recent projects including the setup of Intune to provide an MDM solution to roll out 220 Apple IPad Pros enrolled with DEP through Apple business manager. Replacing the Dell Appassure backup solution with the Cloud based Acronis architect for all servers and critical pcs. Migrating over employees from Microsoft Exchange to Office 365. Tickets are controlled via an in-house built Helpdesk system where we work to strict SLAs. Duties include - Any special systems projects that come into the dept - 2nd/3rd line support to 900 Estate Agents, 100 Mortgage Advisors, 250 support staff and all management - Web filtering using Barracuda - Mail archiving using Barracuda - Providing a backup solution for Servers and critical pcs using Acronis - Office 365 management in a hybrid environment using on-prem exchange - Network cabling and patching - Anti-virus protection management with Sophos - Email FIltering using Mimecast - Setup and maintenance of One Advanced Dictation software - Experience with Mobile Iron MDM solutiions - Onboarding/Offloading employees using Active Directory/Office 365/Azure AD - VPN setup using Cisco Duo with MFA - VOIP phone system support (Splicecom)- WSUS - Customer hardware support (Dell pcs, laptops and servers)- Customer software support (Mainly Microsoft Windows and Office)
