About Ben Stables

I have enjoyed working within Supply Chain for over 25 years. My specialist knowledge covers significant expertise in: manufacturing, production and supply planning, inventory, demand and forecasting, customer engagement, S & OP, logistics, and end to end supply chain management, within the food industry across all temperature regimes, from Ambient and Chilled to Frozen. I am experienced in leading strategic reviews and successfully delivering major strategic projects. I am extremely motivated by improving profitability through business optimisation, service-delivery, effective team building and leadership. Over time I have developed and maintained long standing relationships with all leading Grocery Retailers, Suppliers, Service Providers, both Domestic and International. I have a breadth of experience in many projects and have been significantly involved in major outsourcing projects, SAP implementations, forecast system and capacity planning model development,3PL tenders, logistic relocations and various lean “tool box” applications ranging from Kanban to Value stream mapping.
