Background
About Ben Stich
My mediation services help families in a range of disputes negotiate and communicate the most challenging disputes in their lives. I wake up every morning jazzed to help empower families to make collaborative and informed decisions as they navigate divorce, co-parenting, and any other type of family conflict. Services include:> Divorce Mediation: A cheaper and quicker path to divorce than litigation. It results in agreements that are customized to the couples' goals, better parenting plans, and reduces acrimony and stress. Mediation keeps the decision-making in the hands of the divorcing couple rather than the judgment of attorneys and a judge.> Parenting Mediation: Facilitating communication and decision-making between separated, divorced, and never-married parents.> Family Mediation: Facilitating resolution and opening communication for families facing a wide range of disputes, often between adult siblings and/or parents and their adult children.> Marriage Mediation: Helping couples that want to stay married but are stymied by unresolved difficult issues or trying to figure out if they want to separate, divorce, or reconcile.> Parent-Teen Mediation: Helping families find immediate relief to parents and teens at odds over important teenage problems like curfew, school refusal and dating issues.>Collaborative Divorce Coaching: Facilitating a team approach to divorce that includes the spouses, their attorneys, a divorce coach (me), and when appropriate a financial neutral. The collaborative law divorce coach serves as the glue that keeps the collaborative divorce law team together. To contact me for a complementary mediation consultation: email me at: https://BenStichScheduling.as.me/MediationConsultationI also train Collaborative Problem Solving (CPS) at MGH's Think:Kids program, a division of the MGH Department of Psychiatry. Collaborative Problem Solving® is an amazing and successful approach to working with children and teens with challenging behaviors. To learn more about mediation, my background, divorce in Massachusetts, and effective communication skills: | 617-872-7731
