Financial services: advice to corporate and individual clients subject to FCA enforcement activity and non-contentious FSMA issues. I have advisedn the FCA in relation to proceedings before the RDC arising from its investigation of allegations of LIBOR manipulation and have acted both for, and against, the FCA in insider dealing cases.
