I oversee the talent acquisition process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. Beyond these responsibilities, I serve a critical role in OpenStar's executive team where I contribute to high-level strategic planning, capital raising efforts, and provide direct support to the CEO, all while managing the payroll, benefits, employee relations functions, and the internal communications and culture initiatives.
