Adaptable and responsible graduate with broad experience from digital instruction to customer support supervising as well as graphical, IT and organisational skills developed through the years as freelancer and a 3,5 years involvement in agency work for a cartography office. Moving to Stockholm, Sweden and therefore looking for new opportunities. Being a freelance musician and graphics/web designer improved my abilities to be self-motivated, organised and able to communicate with customers as well as meeting their desires, while the work in a publishing agency taught me to work sorted and calm under pressure and to multitask when it comes to hit deadlines. In my almost 3 years as supervisor with Apple I further developed handling difficult challenges and customers while always being a reliable source of knowledge without putting myself above others and therefore always being a POC the advisors I supervised dearly enjoyed contacting. As a Digital Skills Instructor for Skillsoft my technical skills are combined with the educational side gained through years of teaching music. From localising and preparating learning content to recording and editing videos, this job combines a variety of tasks. I would describe myself as a logical thinker with a capable approach to problem solving and the will to try solutions beyond the usual. I enjoy working within a team and sharing creative dynamics, but am also used to work on my own. I am eager to learn and have been described as reliable, trustworthy and well mannered by colleagues, superiors and customers.
