MSc dissertation focussing on kinematic differences between traditional and incline Nordic Hamstring Curl. Sports and Exercise Science graduate (BSc), dissertation focussing on the differing kinetics and kinematics between trained footballers and trained 100m track athletes acceleration. Experience working with various ages, ethnicities, disabilities, and cultures through previous employments as a Learning Support Assistant in secondary & primary schools, Barman, Barista, Sports Coach, and Personal Trainer. Notable charity work: £1,042 raised for Dementia UK running the Cardiff Half Marathon 2022 Raising over £500 for Parkinson’s charity by performing a 50 mile tandem ride with friend Ashley in 2016.
