I currently am a Program Manager in Geo Data operations. I manage the Content Operations team, bringing editorial content to the Map, Search and Travel pages of Google. Prior to this role I was a Business Systems Analyst in our Customer Support & Applications team. I owned the product roadmap for several apps (WFM, productivity tracking, reporting, call recording to name a few), while also supporting the development of our contact center technology. I also worked on our Dublin based central operations team, providing strategic guidance and implementations on all 1:1 Channels for Adwords SMB Services. I worked closely with all business owners globally and our engineers to deliver process and system enhancements. I started at Google managing teams of 10-15 specialists on our Adwords Services team; helping our team satisfy SMB advertisers all over the world. As a Retail Manager Intern at Amazon.com I improved the browse and discovery shopping experience of the US Books customer. Formerly as a consultant I worked in the Government Services and Insurance & Claims practices where I held management roles in both IT and Operations.
