I’ve led enterprise-wide initiatives to modernize our go-to-market approach including transitioning from spreadsheet-based sales planning to a system-supported, centrally governed model, and implementing a data-driven customer segmentation framework to unlock growth in new and strategic accounts. I also led a full-scale redesign of global sales compensation, aligning leadership across business units and reinforcing seller focus on company priorities. These efforts have improved forecasting discipline, boosted productivity, and embedded scalable, high-performing processes across the sales organization.
