With two decades of experience in the manufacturing sector, I bring a strong background in sourcing, supplier management, and strategic operations to Mous, a leading tech accessory brand. My career has taken me across two continents, where I’ve driven projects that boost efficiency, encourage innovation, and improve product quality. Currently, I head up sourcing and supplier audits, playing a key role in expanding Mous’s product range and fine-tuning our supply chain processes. My main responsibilities include strategic sourcing, vendor management, and risk mitigation, ensuring our suppliers not only meet but exceed our high standards for quality and ethics. I enjoy the challenges of negotiating contracts, promoting sustainable sourcing, and leading a dynamic team focused on continuous improvement. I’m passionate about my work and always looking for ways to adapt and grow in this fast-moving industry. My colleagues know me as a dedicated, reliable, and approachable professional who values collaboration and drives strategic initiatives forward.
