About Ben Weir

As the Senior Manager of Member Experience, I am responsible for overseeing the teams and processes that directly impact the experience of Recuro's members, healthcare providers, clients, and stakeholders. In addition to overseeing these teams, I am responsible for leading in the transformation of Recuro Health's member experience, member satisfaction, process improvement, and talent management to ensure the Recuro remains a market-differentiated leader in how healthcare is experienced. In my previous roles as Senior Manager and Manager at West Monroe, I was responsible for the leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver business transformation, process improvement, health system strategy, and patient experience solutions for clients in the healthcare and life sciences industry. During my time at West Monroe, I was responsible for the management of 125+ consultants, clients, and key stakeholders across 30 engagements spanning national health systems, national payers, retail vision providers, telehealth companies, and pharmaceutical companies.
