As Marketing Manager at Coaching 360, I ensure business owners—whether they’re thriving or hitting a ceiling - get access to the right insights, strategies, and thinking to create real, lasting growth. Second only to my daughter, Olivia, my biggest passion is creating content that tells an engaging story and drives real commercial impact. Great content should make someone see, think, feel, or do something differently - that takes constant practice, curiosity and refinement. I've been recently diagnosed with ADHD, and whilst historically a fantastic source of creativity and energy, it has also presented me with challenges. I’m on a journey of self-discovery - learning more about how I work best, doing meaningful work that makes people happy, and maybe, finally, remembering to put the bins out on a Thursday. As well as being based here in Leamington Spa with Coaching 360, I'm also Active in Leamington Spa's Round Table, raising Money for Local Charities.
