About Ben Whorton

Experienced Commercial Director with a strong track record in the shopfitting and construction industry. I’m passionate about delivering exceptional service through a team-first approach—one that sees us not just as contractors, but as partners working alongside our clients. By fostering transparency, accountability, and mutual respect, we build unified project teams where everyone is invested in achieving the best possible outcomes. At Total Design Shopfitting Services Ltd, I collaborate across various teams—whether it’s new business, key accounts, or contracts—alongside fellow directors to secure and manage projects that maximise value, control costs, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery. I oversee complex tenders and actively mentor our contracts team to uphold the standards our clients expect and deserve. My focus is on practical, results-driven leadership—ensuring every project is delivered with precision, professionalism, and pride.
