Ben brings a comprehensive blend of real estate, investment, and capital-raising expertise to his role as Head of Investor Relations at Homely Group. Known for his meticulous attention to detail and strategic insight, he has built a reputation for delivering exceptional outcomes across diverse property and investment sectors. Ben's career is complemented by a strong academic foundation. He holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Property and Valuation) from RMIT University, has completed Level 1 of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) program, holds an RG-146 qualification in Managed Investments, and is a Licensed Estate Agent—enhancing his financial acumen in investment advisory and capital strategy. Throughout his career, Ben has developed a broad skill set, ranging from advanced financial analysis and market insights to high-level negotiation and client advisory. He has a deep understanding of capital markets—both debt and equity—enabling him to structure and execute effective capital strategies. Combined with his expertise in property markets and the ability to identify investment opportunities, Ben provides strategic, data-driven guidance to support his clients’ investment objectives. Outside of work, Ben enjoys staying active through gym sessions, playing golf on the Mornington Peninsula, hitting the tennis court, or going for a run around The Tan.
