About Ben Williamson

I’m a queer and neurodivergent systems thinker who builds inclusive, efficient structures—so people feel like they belong, and everything runs better because of it. My leadership style, which I call Bridge Leadership, isn’t about titles. It’s about presence, pattern recognition, and creating pathways through complexity. I reduce friction, improve clarity, and design processes that invite more people in—not just to participate, but to thrive. Over the past decade, I’ve led high-pressure operations at Tabcorp, managing regional race day logistics, cash systems, and compliance. In parallel, I’ve translated those skills into community-led inclusion work—refreshing the Sydney Stingers’ website to better reflect our diverse membership, leading our Fair Day presence, and creating SayItWell GPT, a tool that helps clubs and councils strengthen inclusive language using community-informed guidance. I’m currently deepening my practice through study in ethical tech, inclusive design, and community transformation. What connects it all is a single idea: good systems should work for everyone.
